Cancellation Policy

All changes, cancellations or rescheduling, must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event. If a cancellation or rescheduling happens within 3 days before the event, the 25% deposit will be forfeit.

Bounce Town will not issue refunds but instead will honor "rain checks" for up to a year (365 days) from the original event date.

Hard Surfaces Fees

Our products can be used on grass or hard surfaces. However, for safety purposes, hard surfaces require extra weight-bearing equipment.

Please note that equipment on hard surfaces may be subject to additional fees to account for sand bags and/or water barrels.

Payments

A 25% deposit ensures all items are reserved. Booking is not sufficient to claim the items for a certain date.

The balance of the booking is due by the day of the event, and should be paid by end of day.
